Pokemon
The pokemon you will meet is decided by a staff member. The common pokemon are the most likely to show up and the rare pokemon are the ones that have the less chance of being seen. The staff will decide what pokemon shows up with a random number generator.
Shiny pokemon
There is a chance of meeting a shiny pokemon but they are extremely rare because they are only 1 in 32 (3.125%) all staff may decide if you will meet a shiny pokemon.
Capturing pokemon
All of the trainers can capture a pokemon but the chance of capturing a pokemon is influenced by there health, rarity and the poke ball you use.
A wild pokemon holding an item
If you capture a pokemon that pokemon might be holding an item. The item that the wild pokemon is holding will be the same as the game, so the item the pokemon holds isn't random.
You won't know if this pokemon is holding an item till you capture it. A staff member will decide if that pokemon is holding an item or not, by using a random number generator. If it is holding an item you can put it in your backpack or let that pokemon hold it.
Beginner trainer protection
If you battle a pokemon and it faints you can still capture it if you haven't gotten your first gym badge yet.
The chance of capturing a pokemon you fainted will be 100% and it will still cost you a poke ball of course. If you defeat the wild pokemon a staff member will mention that the pokemon wants to be with you. You decide if you want the pokemon in your team or not. Remember that this protection won't be in affect if you have your first gym badge.
Returning to an area
You can come back to an area you have already visited. Just put a [D] on the thread you are on now and start a new thread on the place you want to train, capture pokemon. You can do this anytime you want but you can't do it if your in a battle.
You can do this to train your weaker pokemon, train for a gym battle or capture a pokemon you might of missed in your previous adventure.
For example you could be in viridian city and go back to pewter city or at pallet town. Just as long as you have already been at that place before in your journey.
Higher level pokemon
You can use a high level pokemon against a weak pokemon but if this pokemon was obtained by trading it will likely disobey your orders, and you can't battle a gym leader's pokemon if your pokemon is 10 levels higher than his/her pokemon.
Running from a battle
You can run away from a wild pokemon but not from a trainer or gym leader. You can't run away from 2 pokemon consecutively, or if that pokemon is 5 levels higher than yours.
If you have just met the pokemon you can run away as long as at least one pokemon in your team isn't 5 levels lower than the wild pokemon your running away from.
Special missions
In some towns there might be a special mission there. For example the happiness quest in viridian city. You can as well a make a special mission as long as you meet the requirements and you have permission from a staff member.
Healing your pokemon
After you defeat a wild pokemon or trainer your pokemon will be healed automatically but in special missions when u defeat a pokemon or trainer after the battle they will have the same health as they did when they defeated that pokemon or trainer. You can use potions to heal your pokemon after u defeat that trainer or pokemon.
Gym battles
Just like in the pokemon games when you enter a gym there will be a few trainers that will challenge you to see if you are prepared to challenge that gym leader. There are different numbers of trainers in each gym.
You can't go away from that gym till you defeat or are beaten from the trainers or the gym leader, and your pokemon won't be healed automatically.
You can use a potion in between the battles from the trainers and the gym leader so make sure to be prepared when you enter the gym.
Pokemon Radar
If your thread is 5 pages long you can decide what pokemon you will meet in that route. You can't decide if you will meet a rare, ultra rare or a shiny pokemon. You can use this to either chain to get a shiny form of that pokemon or to get an uncommon pokemon that u can't find.
When you got it 5 pages long you can decide to meet an uncommon or common pokemon. But try to make it seem natural. For example: Ember was looking around route 2 for an hour trying to find a Mr.Mime.
